45th reunion being planned!!!

The term “Reunion Lite” is being used to emphasize that this will be an informal event; no need to pull out the Tux or the Party Dresses.  Not planning a banquet, rented hall or fancy catered dinner (figuring it’s probably better at this point to save that kind of event for our kid’s…or grandkid’s, weddings).   Just a great backyard Barbeque with plenty of good food and drink; and time to renew acquaintances and friendships.

That also means there will be no need for a formal sign-up, no need for a deposit, and there won’t be any sort of solicitation for funds; a true FREE LUNCH (save your dough for a fancy cruise-ship either to or from Alaska; they’re being heavily discounted now).  A few local Anchoragites will put together a backyard Barbeque from COSTCO (and use the mileage points earned for their own Cruise).

NOTE: We don’t need your money, but we sure need your help in getting the word out.
Mailing and e-mail lists from past events are at least 50% obsolete owing to changes in addresses that we cannot track.  And, many folks have never appeared on a reunion contact list at all.  If you have any contact information for any classmate, please tell them about the plans for a reunion in Anchorage next Summer and give them the web-address for this site and for Stan’s Blog-site.
